Visualisation<\/strong><\/p><p>Dans le contexte de ces 6 principes, la visualisation d\u00e9signe le fait que l\u2019approche de Transition poss\u00e8de la conviction fondamentale que nous ne pouvons nous diriger vers quelque chose sans imaginer ce que cela fera d\u2019y \u00eatre. La vision que nous avons en t\u00eate quand nous commen\u00e7ons cette t\u00e2che d\u00e9termine dans une large mesure l\u2019endroit o\u00f9 nous arriverons. \u00c9laborer une vision claire et c\u2019est un accompagnement qui ne peut s\u2019appliquer qu\u2019\u00e0 une d\u00e9marche de changement volontaire : le coach agit alors comme un r\u00e9v\u00e9lateur, un catalyseur, pour mettre en lumi\u00e8re chez la personne ou l\u2019\u00e9quipe qu\u2019il accompagne ses potentialit\u00e9s latentes; il l\u2019aide \u00e0 \u00e9laborer ses propres solutions plut\u00f4t que de lui apporter des
