Durant pr\u00e8s de 20 ans, il a occup\u00e9 des responsabilit\u00e9s commerciales, puis manag\u00e9riales. A travers ces diff\u00e9rentes exp\u00e9riences, ainsi que par son fort engagement et ses responsabilit\u00e9s dans le domaine associatif, il a pu exercer son int\u00e9r\u00eat passionn\u00e9 pour l\u2019art de la communication relationnelle, l\u2019alchimie de la coop\u00e9ration et la m\u00e9canique\u00a0 complexe du fonctionnement des organisations humaines.<\/p><p>Ayant accompli, en parall\u00e8le, un parcours constant de d\u00e9veloppement personnel et fait en 2002 la d\u00e9couverte d\u00e9cisive de la Communication Non Violente (CNV cr\u00e9\u00e9e par Marshal Rosenberg), il se forme en 2005 au coaching au sein de Transformance (Vincent Lenhardt) et \u00e0 la m\u00e9diation par la CNV.<\/p><p>A la suite de ces formations, il commence \u00e0 effectuer des missions de coaching et de formation comme partenaire d\u2019Equipe &amp; D\u00e9veloppement France.
